From our friends in Africa:
Since the elections in December there has been continual rioting and unrest in the Nation of Africa. A lot of the unrest had started because many people of Africa felt that the Government had rigged the elections, voting themselves in. The people had tried to protest peacefully, but rioting broke out instead. Many homes have been taken from people or have been burned down, and there has been multiple woundings, rapings, and murders since. Stores and food supplies have been torched and burned as well. This nation is in dire need of Prayer Support as well as food and medicines. Please lift the Nation of Africa, Kenya in particular, up in prayer!!! All are in desperate need for the Lord Jesus Christ to intervene!

TSIMBALO PENTECOSTAL ASSEMBLIES OF GOD
Tsimbalo Pentecostal Assemblies of God (T.P.A.G) Church is situated in the Tsimbalo village of Western Province Kakamega District, Kenya, West Africa. It is located one kilometer from Kakamega- Kisumu road.
The population of the village is 16,000 people. The village has many religious people and many Churches put across it. We have a total of 1600 people that attend our Church, including old, young and children.
Due to the post election violence and skirmishes, many people from different communities have lost most of their resources from the houses which were burned, lost livestock, and have lost food. Relatives and friends have been killed, raped, evacuated, sustained injuries and others have been evicted and displaced.
Medication has been a big problem; many lack medicine for themselves, for their wounds, for their kids, to help cure common diseases like Malaria, diarrhea, flue, maggots that is very common to the young kids who can not afford shoes among other diseases. Increase of infectious disease like ring worms, skin diseases and eye infection is very common due to the over crowding of the displaced people for a long period of time.
At the moment the number of the displaced persons goes to 150 and it is growing from time to time. It is therefore our appeal that all brothers and sisters in Christ pray for the people of our village and the Church in general. Please also pray that the Lord Jesus Christ restores our village to how it used to be: peaceful and beautiful in the country of Kenya.
Our church at the moment is in need of many things which are listed below:
1. Food supply - there is a mass shortage of food for the people
2. Medicine to help cure the injured and sick
3. Basic needs like water/borehole, clothing, soap, sanitary towels e.t.c
4. Blankets to cover our people and keep them warm from the cold
5. Houses were burned - people need help to get tin, iron sheets to make again their local houses made from clay, mud, timber and tin
6. Basic school materials for the displaced, as many things were lost in the skirmishes
7. Also people lost their Bibles translated in our vernacular Luhya/ Maragoli Language which they also had before, and had been donated to them by a well wisher and a sister in Christ.

In need of prayer for supplies needed to effectively Minister
We are in need of facilities like hospitals, schools, education centers, shelters and churches as well as other resources that are needed so that we can further the Gospel of Jesus and disciple the new believers that have just come to Christ. Please pray that the Lord supplies our every need in order for us, as a Ministry, to be able to effectively Minister to those around us, the new believers as well as those that are still lost and who do not yet know the Lord.

We are in need of prayers for many needs that we have. We have been Ministering to the sick and lost through the Grace and Favor of Jesus. Currently we are in need of prayers for our library, prayers for our Orphanage, prayers for our Church, prayers for my families livelihood, and prayers for tracts, materials, Bibles, toys, clothes and financial support.
